Ordered the supposedly new crispy chicken sandwiches for two people. Got home they were in bags the buns were all soggy the chicken was old. And cold. It was small and flat and not at all crispy. It was not edible. My friend just threw hers away will not be going there or ordering chicken ever.what a shame to serve food that way to the public. I am sure I am one of many that had this experience. Also your fries are horrible skinny hard and. Cold
Waited 15 minutes for a happy meal with curbside pickup. Not the first time this has happened. I would have waited forever if I didn't call the restaurant. They did offer me something for the wait, but I declined.
I would like to give Sean H A huge shout went above and beyond service. I am beyond thrilled. Please give this guy raise. I had the best experience that I have ever had at a McDonald's because of him! Words can't explain how lucky McDonald's is to have him!!!
Always slow and has traffic backed up clear to the road. Get it together. They always forget the bbq sauce. EVERY TIME. Why even ask what sauces we want if you aren't giving it to us? Lol. They only messed my order up once since I moved here though. Gave my daughter 3 chicken nuggets in her happy meal which was a huge deal because she's autistic and that led to a meltdown.
Pretty quick service especially with the inside being closed and not being able to go inside.
