The staff is extremely young girls who aren’t helpful at all whatsoever. The store was a mess and everything was everywhere. No organization. The fitting rooms looked like they hadn’t been swept in weeks. The rooms also do not have doors, they have curtains that don’t close completely so I had to hold it shut while trying on. Overall the merchandise in the store was nothing to make me want to go back. I understand the trends and age demographic they are geared towards but people who are willing to spend good money aren’t interested in an entire store of crop tops.
The girls in the store were awesome, one helped me find a birthday outfit.
Staff is nice, hand sanitizer dispenser is broken and shoots off to the side though.
I love Windsor!!!! Its not huge in size BUT the selections they do have are so so unique (almost like it's a boutique or something) Never had an issue with customer service either at the Strongsville location ☺ufe0f
Awesome store. Very organized and great quality of clothing. Myra was very helpful and had a great personality about her! This store is def. my new go to! Thanks for making my shopping experience the best it could be!
