Staff is extremely knowledgeable and capable. Fantastic job listening to our concerns about my elderly mothers stability issues and swelling affecting the way her foot wear fits and feels. These people are the best! I send everyone with foot issues to them. They are patient, competent, and very friendly!
The guy was great to deal with. The women with short hair was angry, not helpful, and ordered the wrong shoes twice. Then acted like it was my fault. If you can work with the man you are going to get great service and appreciate face to face service rather than online shopping.
Really helped with my back pain from having flat feet and gave good recommendations on shoes that offer good support.
