Have always had a great experience with this chain. Was happy to see the experience was no different as we had moved away from the one where we had gotten my wedding ring fron. Mary was excellent to us and my fiance and I are very pleased with our experience. Not pushy or rude like other, corporate chains.
Helpful nice staff, but at the end of the day they lied about the clarity of the diamonds on a Movado watch I spent over $1000 on. Will be returning, very disappointed they would do that to me. They me me feel very welcome (that their job), but to lie is another story. Would not recommend
I was So excited to visit this location in Southpark mall! Lady was so sweet and nice.. so helpful and made my day.. left with a few clean beautiful ring! Mentor location i usually go to for everything wouldn't clean my ring during this covid stuff. Went into Southpark location she acted excited to do it for me! I will be going back here in Nov for their sale! ( its for everything I only buy blue topaz )
