Horrible experience after spending a good decent amount of money here over the many years they have been in business. Lady wearing the glasses had a horrible attitude from the get go. I will never forget this and neither will my wallet. I communicated my dissatisfaction and she had an even worse attitude. Thats not how people do business. I did not come here for charity. Im spending my hard earned money and i deserve some decency and respect from you. That said, I’m done with you Pagoda and I’ll be sure to share my experience with anyone who utters your name. Take your money somewhere else.

Went there to get my ears pierced, I can’t remember the woman’s name but I was not a fan of the unprofessionalism I saw there. Girls were more into gossiping than doing their actual job. The end result was my piercings came out so uneven. I will not recommend this kiosk to anyone. I’d rather go to a tattoo parlor

Unprofessional group of kids run by an obese two burgers away from a clogged arteries standing there gossiping about customers on Black Friday. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional business with jewelry’s as fake as the workers trying to sell them

Dislike the staffs. They were so rude and didn’t want to do an ex-change for me
