I just wanted to call out an amazing Village Baker Associate, Jaden Green at the Pleasant Grove, Utah location! He was so polite and so eager to help with my order. Even through the drive thru, when I forgot to add a few things, he displayed such care in making sure I had a great experience as well as everything I needed . I surely appreciate his help and his positive attitude and exceptional customer service! Thank you so much for making my visit to Village Baker a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope I get lucky enough to see Jaden again! Thank you!!!
I usually love village Baker but my most recent experience was pretty disappointing. I had placed an online order and when I got there 3 minutes after it was supposed to be done, it was nowhere to be seen. The young girls assumed it was in the oven but after a long wait the manager Jose realized I had been sitting there a while. He did some investigating and it hadn't even been prepared. He came to talk to me and said they'd make it, said it was probably given to someone else, and offered nothing to make up for it. So I sat in my car cause my kids were waiting for me and waited longer. Wouldve left but I had already paid. Not good business to not try and make it up.
it was ok, food average, nothing unique. quite expensive for what it was. staff very friendly, store very clean and comfortable.
Really love their turkey, provolone, avocado sandwich on honey rye bread. Got a cup of soup as well, broccoli cheese, was quite tasty but way overpriced in my opinion (something like $4.89 for a small cup).
The giant cinnamon rolls are amazing.
Below par pizza, they don’t know how to make one that’s decent, but everything else is good.
