Hi Enterprise I needed a rental to get my car repair done Spoke to Joshua who was fast and friendly he got me a super nice car had this for just a month; .just had to say Thank You No worries at all I also spoke with Revere but Peabody is where I went closer where my car got done Friendly staff very helpful Thank you Joshua Good Luck on your promotion!!! they need a bigger staff and building so tiny.Great people. they will do whatever they can to help, But the prices they are forced to have looks bad for the small branches. Corporate needs to lower prices.
Great customer service, Josh was the best, handled my accident quick and got me into another car. Excellent staff.
The staff was great, but the car was dirty, the worst and most disgusting part about it was that, there was a bottle filled with pee in the back of the car The car was not even inspected if it was dirty... how can you miss such a big thing? Simply disgusting!
