I have started going to this Starbucks everyday and the drive-thru is always very fast and efficient. On 10/22/20 I went and Jack taught me how to use apple pay on my phone! I had never used it before and I thought it was so nice that he took the time to walk me through it. Great example of leadership and customer service!
Budget yourself at least 30 minutes if you decide to use the drive thru no matter what time of day. The pup cup is also a joke. A little shot-glass size cup. The new location on Pearl is so much better.
Doesnt matter the time of day...5am...5pm..10pm...even if there is only ONE car in front of u in the drive thru...even if ur the ONLY one in the drive thru...u MUST wait an inexcusable amount of time for ONE coffee.
Nice staff but the lines are always horrendous. It usually takes 30 minutes to get your drink, even if there are only a few cars in line.
The coffee is really good and the teas are amazing. The staff is always great and very nice and eager to help you. The cafe is always very very clean and I appreciate that so much. Drinks can be between 3 to 6 dollars depending on the size so it's pretty affordable too.
