This is hands down the worst McDonald’s location on planet earth. Without a doubt the worst. For some reason they leave a 1/4 of their drink empty when they serve you and the drinks are always lacking taste (basically carbonated water). They always give you your bag with missing food and make it seem like you’re lying when you say something. Their fries are always soggy. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve served me burnt burgers with stale bread. I have began driving down to broadview Heights if I want McDonald’s. This is clearly bad ownership and even worse management. Congrats, you’ve lost a customer. I have never left a review on anything in my life but this place deserves every negative review it receives. 0 stars! 1 star is way to generous.
Haven't been to McDonald's in years, but I saw the ad for the filet of fish and decided to give it a try. It was very good, just like I remembered it. Loved the steamed bun, can't understand why they don't do that for their hamburgers.
Food quality is not consistent. Half of the time the add cream to the coffee when I just ask them to add only sugar. I go there only if I don't have another option. Coke tastes lot more than coke, it seems they don't clean up regularly.
Always a quick and you can't go wrong for $1 on any drink
Long wait today. Chicken sandwich was over cooked. Fries and burger were good.
