Nicole Byrd was fantastic. Very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I had questions about a ring I purchased, and she went as far as contacting the manufacturer and to ask questions. Instead of just doing a quick fix and getting me the ring back she had the manufacturer make me a new one. Will do all future jewelry purchases there, and recommend her to anyone I can. I have bought several items from Howard’s Jewelry over the past 20 years and I keep coming back! I was there today to purchase new diamond earrings. Nicole was such a help. She brought in diamonds in various sizes for me to chose from. Nicole is super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable Whether your looking for something special for someone or yourself. Nicole is the one to see. I give them a five star rating. The entire crew there is great. You can’t miss by stopping in to Howard’s Jewelry in Parma Hts

Both of these sales representatives took the time to provide me with an excellent education and guidance throughout my visit. I appreciate their attention to detail. Absolutely love this place Kacey was awesome showed a lot of interest in me and my wants and needs totally helpful!!! This place is awesome and the people here at this establishment go far beyond expectations thank you so much for helping me find the perfect gifts!!! It was a great experience today looking for a ring. We were greeted by Nicole shortly after arriving and she was wonderful to deal with. Very friendly and informative. I would definitely would recommend going to to get jewelry needs.
