Speedway

This is a very busy location and typically a good spot, but no longer! If you have an issue or concern don’t waste your time asking Jenny for assistance. She obviously does not want to work for Speedway. She is NOT customer focused or friendly. I will not go back. Sheets is less than a mile north!!

This store is always clean but terrible customer service on 3/16 at 12:30 from Christina Z. Although I maintain professionalism in manners something she chose not to do once I let her know I would be issuing a complaint for her unprofessional rude customer service. She just took that as an opportunity to be ignorant and clearly show her frustration because she was subpar at her job. The credit card machines are down which is perfectly understandable & I no way blame Christine its technology. However her choosing not to forewarn me and hur ignorance of yelling across the store upon my return seeing my gas was not being issue through the pump that my card was declined. Truly shows the microaggressions in ignorance I experienced with my transaction with Christine. Although I can understand her frustration that her coworkers were standing around - 1 other girl when they had a few people in the store a second for communication. Would have avoid the additional nonsense. I do not know if they can not find quality employees but I may just have to switch over to GetGo to get better customer service. If you need gas I would encourage you to take a few more seconds to go to the nearby competitor. I do appreciate the other woman at the store that was working not only did she attempt to provide a solution she communicated help the customers to the best of her ability.

Absolutely love this speedway location the first ship staff are amazing we're on a first name basis I go there every morning can't say enough about the first shift ladies they're amazing

This location must be having some staffing issues because it's 1:00 and they still haven't finished resetting from morning Rush. A girl with the tarantulas on her eyes doesn't provide quality customer service. This location is going downhill.

No complaints but nothing special. Its a gas station in a slightly sketchy area.
