Our rental was fabulous! We got a really nice premium SUV for a good price. Very comfortable ride for a very long drive.nnVery good service from a guy a named Beau.
IF THEY REQUIRE YOU TO PAY UPFRONT WHY WOULD YOU NOT GET YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK? I've been renting from this location for a few years now. The employees are awesome, helpful, and most times knowledgeable. I love the options in vehicles as well. However after this LAST visit, I'm not sure I'll be rushing back anytime soon. They increased the deposit fee, which although is an inconvenience, it's not to bad because you're supposed to get it back right? Not once but twice, I paid the full fees + taxes, paid the extension rate, and STILL recieved only HALF of the deposit back. Explanation makes zero sense. They say we'll you got this and that, which again is PAID IN FULL UPFRONT, so make it make sense. I gave this 3 stars because I actually LIKE this location. But after my last experience, I'm indecisive about if I'll return.
Renting a car with enterprise was fast and easy. My deposit was returned right away when I drop the car back off... I will always rent from them!!!
I needed a rental while my car was in the shop. The experience was perfect except for two things: The previous customer took extra long being picked up, so I had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled time to be picked up. The car that I selected needed an oil change and the wiper blades did not handle the snow well. These mechanical issues I have observed across the industry, so I’m not singling anyone out. I just wish there would be more attention towards such things.
Amazing customer service. Everything went quickly and was explained easily for me to be on my way.
