You are a business in an area that with trucks and EMT vehicles that can’t use the drive thru to order. Open your lobby for ordering at the very least. Most of us understand we can’t sit inside but how the hell can you just lock the lobby for customers. This is ridiculous. It’s 740am.
never coming to this location again the lady who took my order in drive threw was so rude. i didn’t creek know how to respond to her . i never have been talked to that way in any fast food or restraunt . clearly shouldn’t be talking to customers like that never had such bad service at any location except this one
Was ok. Fries were not warm, which is crazy because there was a long line (drive thru) to get your food. I'd think the fries would be fresh out the grease.Everyone was nice tho. I'd likely return.
Need to work on drive-thru times. Too much talking. Take the order get the people through the drive-thru line. Wasting too much time with pauses and so on. Fast food fast service. Get the crew on board.
VERY slow. Always forget your food. Definitely recommend just going to the McDonald’s by ridge park square. Not worth wasting your time or money at this location
