I've tried this place 5 times, not large orders, fries and microwave pizza usually, for some reason it always, and I mean ALWAYS takes 30-45 minutes to get my food. I simply do not understand what is taking so long. If I were the owner/regional manager I'd clean house immediately and get a somewhat competent staff. I've been to good sheetz locations, this is absolutely horrendous performance.
I love Sheetz. You can customize your order which is great since I have been a vegetarian for over thirty years. Please bring back the Beyond Burger. What was the point of only being a temporary menu item?
i wish i could rate this place a -the lowest. tell me why i waited 45 mins for a hot dog w/ sauerkraut & some french fries. THEY FORGOT MY SAUERKRAUT. mind you, i went back in & they literally opened the can of sauerkraut in front of me. lazy much. also, you might wanna stock your shelves cause i wanted some yogurt as well.
Everyone should come to sheets. You do not need to wear a mask. The employees had several customers who did not have on masks and did not speak to the customers. They even had free masks available, for free, and did not ask the customers to put on a mask or leave.
To say you dont have an item because it is frozen only means that you cant do your job correctly and thaw meat when it should be thawed
