I visited Dean's Jewelry in Coshocton to have a ring cut off. All the the staff members were very friendly, Jeff was great! We were able to get the ring cut off and I didn't lose a finger (haha). I would say he set the world record for quickest ring removal! I am very pleased with the overall help I received! I also made a purchase of an ash pendant! Thank you for your kind words and awesome customer service!!
The staff is always kind and courteous and willing to help as soon as you walk in door. They go out of their way to find what you are looking for and to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Thank you for all you do for your customers
I love Dean’s Jewelry. I live out of state and the staff was so helpful in getting my mother’s Christmas present for her. I grew up in Coshocton and it seems like this shop has always been there. It’s nice to deal with a shop that treats each order with care and are willing to go the extra mile for a customer.
The staff at Dean's are so welcoming and friendly. I had a wonderful and personable experience shopping there. I would highly recommend buying local and supporting our Coshocton county businesses.
I think at all of the women that work there are great. They are very friendly. But the gentleman who i guess is the manager is terrible. I had to take my jewelry back in to be fixed after they replaced a diamond that was missing. They suggested I have it sized as well. Having said that i trusted them with my jewelry. I spent a lot of money. Less than a year later it cracked in two places. When i took it in the man took one look at it and blamed it on me say it was from cleaning with bleach. I had them fix it anyway because we live in a small town and they are the only around. Maybe he should learn to have better customer service interaction.
