I purchased a pair of z-coil shoes 2 or 3 years ago from them & love them!! I've needed some minor repairs done to them & they are always great & very quick!! I will return for as many as I need.
Caution*** They do not stand behind their products. Paid $185 for boots, that when they came apart less than 7 months later (and weren't worn for 2.5 months of that due to COVID) they blamed it on us as they said they weren't cared for properly as they should have been treated with leather stuff, although when selling us the shoes did not tell us they needed special treatment. Actually told me that it was common sense to know it needed to be treated with leather stuff..... so not only do they not stand behind their products but they expect you to be shoe pros.... we shopped local to get specialty advise and clearly did not... Offered to sell more shoes to us at a discount but will not stand behind their expensive shoes.
Wish to thank Bob Johns Shoes for their help. A great pair of shoes and insole and I am walking so much better.
