I was having a problem getting my knee to bend and was so upset that I was no better with the other place that I was going to and decided that I would give Northwest a try. I am so glad that I am able to bend my knee. I am so very happy with them that I would advise everyone to give them a chance. It is the best move that I could have made for myself. The therapist are super terrific. They are very respectful and listen to what you are telling them.

I chose to go to Northwest Physical Therapy after I had surgery on my foot because I had heard good things about the therapists there, and the location was extremely convenient. Located on Allentown, Rd , with parking right in front of the building, there was never a hassle finding a parking spot or having to walk a long ways through the lot, or long halls through a building to get to the therapy dept. It's all right there! And for me, being only 7 minutes from home was wonderful! The therapists were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office staff who did paperwork and scheduling were friendly and I had no problem with billing issues. My therapy went smoothly. I will continue to choose them for any PT needs in the future, and recommend them to other people who need therapy. As an added bonus, they offer a free trial membership (I believe it was 30 days) at the Senior Citizen Center on Elm St if you are over a certain age....it might have been 55. I ended up joining the Senior Center, and am now working more consistently on improving my activity level and overall health. Plus the Sr Center also has lots of classes and activities, even trips. And lots of friendly people, including the trainers!

They provided a treatment that was handled with the utmost professional courtesy and kindness. I looked forward to attending every treatment for 2 months! Great people and great accommodations!

Following total knee replacement surgery, I began therapy 2 days following my return home. The therapist were professional, caring, encouraging and helpful. I have had several surgeries that have required physical therapy and have gone to Northwest Physical Therapy, Inc. I have always received the same quality of services as described above. I have and would recommend their services to friends and neighbors.

After verifying that my insurance had paid all the charges, I contacted the office for a record of my payments. My credit card had been charged $130. I made numerous trips to the office to get it back. Finally after three trips and two months I was handed a check for $130.
