These guys were awesome, had my car in the shop within 15 minutes of arrival, the service consultant Michael Fairly was especially helpful and considerate! They changed my oil, and did an alignment, and also gave my car a thorough inspection. Would definitely recommend taking your new or used Audi to these guys they gave me the peace of mind I needed. The service Tech Sterling was also very detailed. They even sent me a video while waiting in the lobby to explain what they did and that everything looked great. Trust these guys they are PROFESSIONALS.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the dealership but getting the payment made was a challenging process. There was poor communication between the dealership staff and the person responsible for receiving payments. Also, the car was not clean when we arrived for our appointment to see it and we had to wait almost an hour for the detail staff to do a quick job.I don't like to be a complainer but I do think you deserve honest feedback.

I am simply impressed with the quality of service I received at Audi Lehi. I took my car in for an oil change and for a diagnostic (my AC wasn't blowing cool air) and my expectations were exceeded. I received a video of the inspection and a car wash which I really appreciate. I was pleased to have worked with Xavier who I can tell is genuinely interested in being helpful, kind, and understanding. I was able schedule my appointment with him in a short notice and still have the appointment fit within my time preferences. Thank you Xavier and the technicians who serviced my car for taking the stress out of getting my car serviced and inspected!

We bought a new Audi Q3 from Audi Lehi and it was a great experience. Both my husband and I said it was the best car buying experience either one of us has ever had. Wes was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. He answered all our questions and did an amazing job at getting us the car we wanted. Tamir, Thomas and McCilee all assisted with ensuring that our financing goals were met. From beginning to end our experience was great and we will definitely go back to Audi Lehi again and would recommend them and Wes to anyone who wants to experience an exceptional customer oriented car buying experience!!!!

I have been taking my Audi Q5 to them for regular factory recommended maintenance for a little over two years now and I have always been pleased with the staff, their professionalism and personalized attention. All my questions/concerns have been addressed satisfactorily and I have received appropriate advice regarding repairs/services needed. I feel confident about their services and would highly recommend them.
