We love the place..my husband bought my engagement ring from here and we have been hooked since..dont buy alot of jewelry but when we do its here n we have always been treated good. They can repair anything it's nice having it all in one stop

I was busy today and I wanted to sell a gold ring that I never wear anymore so it was my first errand. I looked at the website and called the store to see when they opened, both the website and the answering machine said 10-3 on Saturday. Well I waited till 10:15 and still no one was there. How do you expect business if you aren’t on time? I don’t like working either but I still show up on time.

Horrible people. Was verbally attacked and threatened with gun violence over a customer service issue. Have heard other stories as well of how they are, even from the Sheriff's Department of Allen County. Very bad, stay away.
