Leroy’s ruined my 20 year anniversary band in their lab. I requested a refund because the memory was destroyed with the ring. All they would do Is replace my discontinued ring with another like it (trade in - probably from a failed marriage).nYou have to use them for warranty work if you purchased this protection at the time of purchase.nI suspect they took gold from the original band, and the diamond quality is poor on the replacement ring. Buyer beware.
