The employees working today were not helpful and were actually pretty rude in general. Won’t be going back to this location. I’ll drive to one of the others instead. Proximity to my home doesn’t win out over how you treat people.

I have been there many times and no matter for what reason I have excellent service.
I have been to several USPS locations over the years, but this one is by far my favorite. The location has plenty of great parking, plus the PO boxes are accessible I think 24x7. When I had a PO box there, I was always able to go in and get my mail, and if a larger package was delivered I was able to get it via a temporary locker they assigned me. The staff here has always been super helpful, and on my most recent visit they helped me with a specific package to find the best way to get it to the recipient, and even provided me with the appropriate bubble mailer and labels.
Yesterday i had a package delivered to the wrong home. Called usps and they confirmed. Told me the driver will come back out and retrieve to bring it to the correct address. That was at 2:45. That representative was helpful. 6p hits, i call, and a Brooke answered with her name and hung up the phone. I called again and asked politely when the driver is coming back out. Brooke, in a condescending tone, said there is nothing we can do . I asked why i was told differently on my initial call, and Brooke got upset and said id have to figure it out . Once I asked why this cant be corrected, as this was a 160 dollars worth of merchasdise, Brooke told me theres nothing we can doand to figure it out and hung up. I called again and she answered with her name and then hung up again. Very poor customer service, very lacking in fixing an error on their end and Brooke is extremely rude and probably shouldnt be in charge of answering customer calls.
