Prompt service picking me up at the body shop when I dropped off my car.
Terrific sales team, verry helpful and knowledge about their amazing selection of NEW rental cars, trucks, and suvs.
There was a little confusion with my reservation, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their staff is professional and courteous and their cars were clean. They had fair pricing. I will definitely be using them again.
I was disappointed that I was charged for 1.5 gallons of gas upon my return even though I filled the tank up prior to returning and the lady told me everything was good after she checked the gas gauge prior to me leaving. I guess even Enterprise is starting to nickel and dime you now too.
Left us stranded on the side of I70 with a small child. They care not in the least bit that their vehicle broke down. No other rental, no hotel, no uber... hung up on repeatedly. So here we are, a family of 5, literally standed on the side of a major highway with only the belongings we can carry.
