Order extra, they will forget something.
The quality is pretty good but the wait is usually long, sometimes very long (over 15 minutes is not unusual, even when they are not slammed) . They are much faster in the morning.nStill slower than any other burger place I go to. They've just about always gotten my order right. Still don't know why I have pull ahead (almost every time) just to get a burger.
Slow. Orders never correct. Staff is not up to manager status
Decent food, cheap and quick.
Of the 4 McDonald's around Zanesville. This one has got to be the worst. I can not go to this McDonald's without a problem. Tonight was a new one. I placed my order. They took my money. Then they said they couldn't complete my order for whatever reason. And ask if I wanted something else.
