Excellent service! Outstanding staff! I could not have been more comforted when faced with such a stressful time with my dog. They were patient and kind when I had questions. They were so good and kind with my dog even though he gets extremely difficult in veterinary situations. I highly recommend!
They have taken such great care of 2 of my cavalier King Charles. Both had CHF. Dr Rossi was great at explaining everything to us and always answered and explained every question along the way. He always took all the time we needed to understand what was going on with them and how best to care for them. My dogs were never treated like just a number. Dr Rossi sincerely cared about my babies and it always showed.nThe girls in the front office were also awesome. They all were excellent and always treated my dogs as well as myself like part of the Animal Ultrasound clinic family. They were not just staff, they became my friends. Very genuine, caring people.
They are great here! The doctor is great and explains everything as they are doing the ultrasound (you get to sit there in the room with your pet). He was honest and clear about what he was seeing and what he suggested the next step is.
Compassionate, knowledgable staff, you are encouraged to stay with your pet throughout the entire exam...no sedation was needed for EKG or ulrtasound
Very compassionate about pets took excellent care of my cat.
