My family has been bringing our pets to Beverly Animal Hospital for 25+ years, and have always been satisfied with the quality of care and attention they receive. Dr. Friedman is so knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. When it came to end-of-life care for our senior pugs, who had been his patients for 16+ years, he was compassionate and presented all options to us. I now bring my recently adopted cats, and we have seen Dr. Shosho as well. We have been happy with our experiences with her so far as well!
Two excellent vets, competent and friendly reception and techs, good communication and reasonable pricing - happy to have found them! Really attentive care with follow-up for crises.
Very caring for your pet especially now that owners must stay out of the building for the appointment. I have a painfully shy cat and she did great! The doctor called me during my cat's appointment and went through all of my questions. They took payment info ahead of time so as soon as she was returned to me we were all set. Yes, it's a different experience but it is safest for you, your pet, and their staff!
We are new to Beverly animal hospital but they have all been really great with answering my questions and taking good care of our puppy !!
Love this office for my dog. The Dr. Friedman is very knowledgeable. He is always very gentle and respectful. I also don't pay through the nose for services there which is nice
