First I want to start this review by thanking Sally for everything she did for us throughout the whole entire wedding process. If you’re looking to do a destination wedding and have no clue where to start, contact Travel Inc. Sally was our main point of contact and she is fabulous and very helpful. We started this process about two years ago since the wedding was going to take place back in May. Due to the pandemic we had to reschedule for another month. Sally again, did everything she could to make this process seamless. She was on top of hotel changes, flight changes, contacting the resort on behalf of our guests for accommodations and much much more. Sally did her best to get refund/credit for those who could not longer come and kept in touch with us through every step she took. Sally puts a special touch on everything she does, guest were very happy to work with Sally. We couldn’t of done this without her! Thank you Sally for helping us plan the wedding we have always dreamed.

I can only RAVE about my experience with Travel Inc.! This was my first time planning a family vacation. After weeks of researching and a number of inquires I came upon the Travel Inc. website and decided to make one last call. It was the best decision I could have made! From my very first phone conversation with Sally and throughout every step of the way I was provided with exceptional service that was above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Sally answered every question, covered every aspect of our trip and offered suggestions and options I hadn't even thought of. We had a wonderful experience with Sally! She planned our family’s trip to Paris and London and it couldn’t have been easier. She was able to accommodate our many requests and find the perfect places for our family to stay. We had great conversations where she had many insights and recommendations which were super helpful. Sally of travel inc is amazing! She handle all the travel for 50 ppl for my wedding. She is the best agent in the Boston area (I shopped around). She is very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. She did additional work that was not expected from an agent like the beautiful travel packages she arranged for my guests. Fairy tale Wedding!!! My now husband and I cannot rave enough about Sally Wallace and Travel Inc. I was referred to Sally by a friend and calling her to assist with our destination wedding we the best decision we made. Sally was able to give us her honest opinion of locations that were both kid friendly and affordable during April vacation (my husband is a teacher, so we did not have much choice for our wedding week).nFrom the first call and email exchange I knew that Sally was the person that we wanted to work with. We decided that Mexico was the best location weather wise and the most affordable so more guests were able to come. Sally was so helpful with follow up emails to the resort to make sure nothing was missed due to any language barrier. She also was on every call that we had with the resort.nWhen it got closer to the wedding Sally sent out each guest their own folder that had all of their travel information included and details about the hotel and a packing checklist which everyone used! She also gave my husband and I a wedding binder that we brought with us to Mexico to make sure everything that we had agreed upon in email exchanges were correct. Sally and her husband put everyone at ease traveling internationally. My husband and I are already talking about going back to the Dreams resort that we had our wedding at and we have only been home for 2 days!!
