McDonald's

Right off the bat my order became troublesome. I ordered a 4c which is the crispy chicken deluxe with a small fry and a sprite. I’m told they have no sprite. I tell them to just make it a water. I’m told they can’t do water. I tell them just give me the sandwich and fries, no drink. I’m told they can’t do that either. The meal has to have a drink. I tell them to ring it up separate. I then order a 10 piece nugget with a medium coke and fries and a double cheeseburger no pickle, no onion. Had to wait 5-6 minutes after paying to get our order. Got home and start digging out food in the bag. We have 4 sandwiches and two fries. No nuggets. We open the crispy chicken deluxe. Looks like it was made on an episode of Nickelodeon Double Dare. No tomato. Plenty of Mayo and about 3/4 of a head of lettuce. The double cheeseburger I received was the only item that was correct. But I still ended up with two cheeseburgers I didn’t order. It has been a rare occasion that I’ve visited this McDonald’s and they have not screwed something up and I can say it’s been that way since the 1980’s. I don’t expect anything less at this point. I’ve watched my father as when I was a child nearly tear the steering wheel off in frustration for the same reason I’m writing this. I’m not sure why I wasted the time because I’m sure after 30+ years of doing it wrong they probably still don’t care.

All I got to say is can I have some fries with my salt

Good as far as McDonald's goes, they rarely get our order wrong and the drive through moves pretty fast. When they do mess up an order, they fix it quickly and often give a coupon for your trouble. Staff seems really nice here.

You're lucky if they don't mess up your order more than half the time at this location.nnEDIT: This location continues to get things wrong. Mind you this is after you wait forever for simple orders. This McDonald's is inefficient and worthless.

My mother drove us to the McDonald's and I paid for our meal. The drive thru cashier didn't give me a receipt. Okay fine. Im fine as long my food was all there. We ordered THREE cherry pies but only got two. One apple and one cherry. The manager opened the window to tell us about the issue with getting more cherry pie and how it was going to take 12 minutes to make more. My mother was angry yes but fine with the pies. She says one cruse word and the manger gives her a lecture while our food is sitting in the window getting cold.nnMy problem was that we only received 2 pies and had no receipt for my meal. I most likely was over charged. Dunno. My moms was the pies and the fact the manager was having our food get cold.nnThank you management and anyone else for reading this. I am not a Karen
