Always pleasant customer service. Also very happy that they had cherry pies. And.... their ice cream machine works!
Horrible, the fries were cold,the drive thru people were rude. When we pulled up to the first window the girl sighed loudly as we handed her our payment. When she gave our card back she simply said here. When we pulled up to get our food they handed us our drinks. Then they gave us our food and shut the window. We were like is this all our food or do we have more coming? So pulled up to check our bags. Yep that was it. WOW!
I stop here very often and every time I am greeted with THE BEST customer service, and the coffee I get is always literally perfect. I get excited about my coffee and McMuffin every time I am coming to and from Columbus! Thank you guys for your hard work!
I go to thi McDonald's on a regular basis as I work near it... and everything something is either missing from my order or wrong... but apparently now paying for my meal ensures that if they get it right they still screw it up... love paying for large combo and getting less than a small fry in a large container...
WENT HERE TODAY AND A FEMALE TOOK OUR ORDER AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW, HER MASK WAS DOWN...Then she brings our food out to us, HER MASK WAS DOWN. The food bag open undernher face...YUCK!! CAN YOU SAY COVID?
