I just wanted to give you some feedback on the Kaiser Roofing project. The whole roof was replaced due to hail damage.nnFirst, Dennis Roady the project manager was outstanding from the beginning. Dealing with State Farm. Managing the project and making it all come together with quality. He’s a great guy. In my words he’s a “keeper”.nnThe team he assembled was great also. They worked hard for both days and I never saw them take a break. It’s a tough job so please let them know I appreciate their efforts.

Dennis showed up and asked if he could fly a drone over my house to inspect for roofing damage and I figured, “hey, it’s free why not.” He found some damage on the roof and asked if he could climb up. Again, free so told him to go for it. He made a video of the damage that I sent to my insurance adjuster who came out and verified that yes in fact they would pay for a new roof.nnDennis made the paperwork super easy and was awesome through the process. Great communication, very professional job, and we now have a beautiful new roof (and gutters).nnIf these guys show up and ask to look at your roof, I it’s not a scam; they are legit and honestly a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Dennis did a great job taking us through the replacement process. Showed us lots of photos of the progress so we could see exactly what was being done. I would highly recommend Dennis and Kaiser Roofing to anyone considering a roof replacement.

Sales representative/inspector Tim knocked on my door and asked if I wanted a free roof estimate. I agreed believing he would be done in 10 mins. Over an hour later he had detailed pictures and video of potential storm damage. He conducted a detailed review of my roof and walked me through the insurance process. Tim and Kaiser Roofing were professional throughout the entire process. Tim met with the insurance adjuster and was patient and detailed throughout.
