I have nothing but great things to say about Sindur. She was super helpful with her suggestions and was really kind with sending lots of photos on her personal time just to help me select the right piece of jewelry. She was also extremely responsive whenever I needed to get in contact with her.nnThe earrings themselves were beautiful and she wasnable to ship them to me really quickly. I think what really stood out to me was the way everything was packaged so nicely and it was really amazing. You could tell there was a lot of care and thought put into the packaging which definitely made this a wonderful shopping experience through and through.nnI highly recommend shopping for any jewelry pieces with her as her pieces are both beautifully made and of quality material. I will definitely purchase from her in the future.
Sindur is AMAZING! I came in with some inherited jewelry from my grandmother, no idea what to do with it, and she was very honest and gave very good advice as to what pieces were worth keeping and what were worth selling. The transparency and trust was there. I would recommend Sindur to anyone. 10/5 stars!
I had some family jewelry that I wanted to sell, and I went to Sindur after reading her wonderful reviews. Now I add my voice to the chorus. My experience with Sindur was both profitable and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable about jewelry, style, diamonds, gemstones and metals. She was patient and understood the emotions involved in choosing to sell family pieces. She also had creative suggestions about how to update and repurpose some of my antique pieces. After my time with her, I did not feel the need to get a second appraisal of my jewelry. I was very happy with every aspect of the sale.
Wow, wow, wow! This was not my first experience buying jewelry, but it was by far the best!nbefore taking my fiance in to look at rings I spoke with her on the phone. I gave her some ideas of what we were looking for, and my budget.nUpon our arrival in her office she was very friendly and personable and easy to deal with. she proceeded to show us several rings well within my budget that were absolutely beautiful. she was very attentive to our feedback, it was very clear that she wanted to make certain that she found the ring that was perfect for us.nWe settled on a ring that literally took our breath away. She had custom made this ring around a very special diamond that she found in an estate. The ring is so unique and beautiful that it was actually in Cincinnati magazine. However the price was actually lower than I expected. she then went so far as to custom make my ring and the wedding band for my fiance's ring. Her workmanship is absolutely amazing. Her prices are far lower than I anticipated. I would recommend her to anyone, and everyone!
Sindur is amazing. She is so kind and personablenand not a “ typical jeweler”. She really cares about you and getting exactly what you want. She has an amazing eye and find reasonable priced items that fit your budget!! I completely trust her and can’t wait to buy more beautiful diamonds !!!
