Brandee was excellent to work with. She asked all the right questions to find out what vacation would work best for us. She answered every question, concern that I had. She found a resort Planet Hollywood that was absolutely amazing. We have used First Discount Travel a couple times now and they never disappoint. They were responsive anytime that I needed them. I will use them again!
My wife and I were referred to Jess a little over a year ago. It was our first experience using a travel agent. I was HIGHLY impressed. Jess literally found the BEST resort in Cancun (several other guests and friends that we made while staying there shared with us that they go back year after year because its the best). We loved the experience with Jess so much that we had her send us back a year later. Shortly after returning from our second First Discount Travel trip, we reached out to Jess yet again and had her book us a third trip. I've since referred her to friends and family and we will continue to use her, along with FDT for years to come.
The last thing you want out of a vacation is to stress. Using First Discount Travel, specifically worked with Brandee, we had a great, stress-free honeymoon. When we met with Brandee, she was patient and receptive to the key items we wanted out of our honeymoon. She gave us several options to look through and we scaled down the choices from there. Unfortunately, we were a 2020 couple whose wedding was forced to be postponed. With the honeymoon booked just days after the wedding, we reached out to Brandee for options. She was quick on helping us obtain a refund and reschedule for another time. Through the whole process she answered any questions we had, no matter how silly they might have sounded (i.e. coffee machine in the room). When we arrived to our resort and things weren't 110% what we were expecting, Brandee with the help of a coworker Jerry, were all over the situation; correcting the issue with no extra effort on our part and very quickly. We will definitely be using First Discount Travel for future vacations and would refer to anyone who wants great quality, timeliness and a personable experience.
Jerry was amazing to work with for our family vacation. He listened to our wants and needs and worked effortlessly to help us plan a fun and safe trip even when flights were canceled and rescheduled during the pandemic. Jerry's attention to detail was fantastic as he was sure to answer and questions we had. Working with First Discount Travel removed any and all headaches we would have experienced if we attempted booking a trip by ourselves.
I have worked with Jess from First Discount Travel 3 times now and she has always been wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and always keeps us up to date with any changes in our travel plans. Jess is such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her and First Discount Travel. I will absolutely book my future travels with her!!
