Fleet Feet Cincinnati - Blue Ash

Fleet Feet has always been great about fitting running shoes. Yesterday, I had to buy new sports bras, a task I had been avoiding for about a year. I am so happy I went to Fleet Feet Blue Ash. The salesperson was excellent. She showed me many options, brought me lots of sizes, and truly understood what I was looking for. The service was above and beyond! Thank you!

I am impressed with the customer service I received when purchasing shoes for loved ones for Christmas and for myself. I had an exchange today and the young man helping me went over the top to assist me with my exchange. Also, I did not have a receipt, but I bought my shoes at this store and gave my email address so they were able to locate my purchase and if I had needed to return the shoes for a refund, that wouldn’t have been an issue. The fact that I didn’t even need a receipt at a brick and mortar store was impressive. I will not hesitate to purchase from this store in the future. I buy running shoes frequently and have been giving them as gifts because they are so much better for your feet than regular shoes. Especially when you’re on your feet for extended periods of time. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and treat you like a customer. The young lady that helped me a few days before Christmas also went above and beyond to help me find the brightest and best shoes in the store because as a nurse, my uniforms are single colors and boring so I prefer happy and bright colored shoes. If you’re a runner or work on your feet I would definitely recommend stopping in and trying on a few pair of shoes. I used to purchase running shoes at a bug box sports store, but I always seem to have to search for the salesman and wait for long periods while someone finds them and they rarely had the bright colors I was looking for and couldn’t order them because they only carried a few colors. If Fleet Feet don’t have the colors you want in store, their website probably does because they carry a lot of more colors than the stores I used to frequent.

Have never had a better experience in any shoe store in my life (they also sell more than just shoes). Stacey was phenomenal. I’ve never done an assessment for a shoe fitting & I loved it. Will 1000% be a return customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
