Crown Pointe Remodeling

Crowne Pointe Remodeling replaced a roof for our family last week. From the first appointment to the final inspection, everything went amazing. The employees I interacted with (either through phone call/text, email or in person) were all very helpful. The day of the installation was incredible. They showed up on time, wrapped our home in a huge netting to protect the home and landscaping from any debris as they were removing the old shingles. They had a crew that had the old shingles off in about 2 hours, installed 18 new sheets of wood where there was some damaged wood (warping/rotting), installed the shingles, cleaned everything on my property and were completely done by 3 PM. I was blown away at how efficient this crew was. I was really impressed with the care they took to protect my home/landscaping and the clean up process. The end result is a fantastic looking roof for a fair price and hassle-free experience.

Crown Pointe just saved the day!!!! From the start, every representative I worked with was amazing. My roof was leaking due to hail damage and they were able to get the job done quickly, professionally and walk me through every step. It's not every day that a company really takes the initiative to be a true advocate for the customer but they did a better job of that than anyone could have asked or expected. I could not recommend Crown Point more. My only disappointment is that I can't give them more than 5 stars. It is so nice to let the weather do what it does while sitting in the comfort of my home, smile broadly and just say ahhhhhhh!!!!! Thank you!!

It was a pleasure working with Crown Pointe Remodeling. They were comprehensive in their inspection and explanation of their process and materials. They were great in working with my insurance company and any time an issue came up they were prompt in responding and creating solutions.I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work completed. Crown Pointe Remodeling is an excellent company to work with. My experience was great from beginning to end! I normally do not respond to companies that knock on my door, but I'm glad I did with this one. I spoke with Hunter and Ethan and they explained who Crown Pointe Remodeling is, the values of the company and that it is a locally owned business. Hunter did a thorough inspection of my roof and found multiple points of storm damage. From that point forward, I began working with CPR. From the meeting with the insurance adjuster all the way to completion, I've had contact with someone from the company each step of the way.nnWillie was awesome! He showed me the variety of shingles to choose from and by the time we were done, it felt like we were old friends.nnThe roof was completed in ONE DAY! I left out for work and came back home to a new roof. The only way I knew someone was at my house was the beautiful new roof. The roof crew did a great job keeping my property clean which is super important since I have children who could possibly step on a nail.nnQuincy, one of the owners, stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied with my roof and addressed any concerns that I had.nnEveryone was phenomenal and I highly recommend Crown Pointe Remodeling to anyone who is looking for any extremely professional and people-oriented company. They truly care about their customers.
