I sell clothes online & many staff have been more than patient with answering my questions etc. I prefer only two of the workers because I see them the most & they have always been more than helpful. One lady (older, gray hair, heavy set) actually made me cry because she was incredibly rude to me when I was unsure of how to ship my first package. There was no one else in line & she decided to be so obnoxiously rude that every time I go into the post office I make sure she is not working the front. I have a high patience because I work in retail & have experienced many rude customers but she should NOT be in the front handling customers.
There only job is to deliver packages and they cant even do that properly. Messed up 2 packages 8n a row.
I have been coming to this postal location for over 15 years and I consistently receive excellent service. It may not be super fast all the time, but when you get to the front of the line you get 100% attention and are not rushed. I’ve also never had a package or letter go missing. Excellent service!
Went to drop 100 Save The Dates into the mail only to find out they were too heavy for just the stamps we'd already put on them. The staff double checked the weight, found some cute $0.15 stamps, and helped us put them on all the envelopes. We didn't even ask; they just jumped in and helped!
The staff here is helpful and friendly. There are frequently lines but they move fast.
