The pelvic floor physical therapists are amazing! Appointments start on time. They listen to all my concerns and helped me work through each of them. They gave me exercises that were easy to understand and do. Pricing was more than reasonable for the services provided. So glad I was referred to Elevate Physical Therapy.

I highly recommend this practice! Dr. Katie Coleman was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and careful with COVID safety. After just one session, my TMJ symptoms decreased by almost 80%, and they are almost completely gone now after 3 sessions. She also took a holistic view of my posture, work ergonomics, and other factors to see what other parts of my body needed strengthening. I can't thank her and Elevate PT enough!

I started seeing Lindsay after suffering from daily headaches for eight months. I was on daily medication, as well as muscle relaxers and migraine medicine as needed, which was several times a week. I had tried a chiropractor which made things worse. I had little hope that things could improve, but I was amazed at how they did. In less than a month, I had no more daily tension headaches, didn’t need to take muscle relaxers and hadn’t had a migraine at all. Lindsay is AWESOME! She explained what she was doing in every session, was gentle in her muscle and joint manipulation and answered all my questions. I highly recommend her!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Elevate Physical Therapy! They were kind and accommodating to schedule with and very professional in every way. I received very personalized care, and practical steps that lead to strength and healing. Huge improvement from the start to finish of my appointments! I would highly recommend!!
