Great service and AMAZING QUALITY when it comes to their name brand products such as the ice cream and the milk! I always come to the closest UDF to get a good milkshake or ice cream cone, and the store is not the least bit dirty and is one of the only gas stations that still allows the customers to use their facilities... life saver for a woman who has been drinking a lot of water on the road...

UDF employees at Reading Rd and Columbia Rd Ohio across Circle K are not wearing their face mask properly or not using it at all, they don’t even encourage costumers to use it. I went to get some gas and went inside to pay and 5 costumers plus one employee not using them. The paper saying “you must wear a mask inside” is in the window door but it is apparently invisible! ud83dude21 United Dairy Farmers this COVID -19 in not a joke. Girls at the cashier table are just laughing and making jokes between them when they have a big line of costumers waiting for you.

Lady working 3rd shift made a rude comment to her coworker about me while I was paying for my items as if I wasn’t right there. I don’t know why I went there when circle k across the street has way cleaner facilities and way better CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We were at UDF around 8pm on 1/16. We were getting malts and were getting ready to pay, and the female worker was extremely rude! I tried to tell her our order 2x, but she would not listen, smacked her lips together, and turned her back to me. She then asked the lady whom made our malts what we ordered, when I told her what we ordered 2x. She was even rude to my husband. UDF, please train the staff on using manners to your customers, or they may all go across the street to Circle K!
