This company is a rip-off. I signed up for a group tour this year and sent a deposit for $2000 for two people. The brochure clearly said a full refund would be given if a cancellation occurs before May 15. I cancelled April 12th. The owner, Fay Tzemos, spoke with me by phone and email. Both times she told me my refund was coming but since May there has been no response from her and she is ignoring my calls and emails. A friend went on the trip this August. He spoke with Fay and she indicated she would be sending my refund. Clearly Fay Tzemos is a CROOK and an unscrupulous business owner.
