Just went there today Sunday 3/21/2021 at about 3:45pm. I didn’t get the salesperson’s name but we left without making a purchase because she was rude. It wasn’t what she said it was how she said it. She spoke down to my mother and I and acted as if we were a bother. My mom told her we were leaving and weren’t going to spend any money there because of her rudeness and she asked us to explain and my mom just told her she was rude from the moment she said hello. She helped but again acted as though we were bothering her. If I return and see her again I will leave.
I was not impressed with the casual clothing selection. Everything was geared towards suits and dress shirts. I got there when the store opened and the store associate was busy talking on his phone instead of walking around asking if he could answer any questions or help find something.
We had a wonderful experience at DXL Big and Tall. The associate was extremely friendly, empathetic, and helpful. A very nice variety of quality clothing at a good price. Also, they have discounted their seasonal clothing - got some good deals!
Very clean store with everything in its place. always friendly service.
What's to say really. Are you Tall or Fat or both. Then go buy clothes here when they are on sale. The quality of most items I've purchased at this location or any of the many shops they have dotting the US is of decent quality. I'm rough on clothes, these tend to hold up. Prices are a bit high when items are not on sale.nnIn all this brands shops that I've been to around the country the staff has always been polite, helpful and have never annoyed me to the point that I want to write this chain off.
