Managers on duty were Shiela and Michelle. They refused to provide their names until I called and said I wanted to write a 5-star glowing review, although that was the farthest thing from the truth. My wife was shorted on an order and tried to show them. She was bullied into paying for the missing items twice. Other employees tried side with my wife but were quickly shut down by this management. Not a big deal to us, but hopefully it shines a little bit of light on an issue if it reoccurs with other customers.
Food and service is good but they just throw the sandwiches and stuff together and sometimes they forget part of the order and the strawberry and chocolate shakes come out looking like vanilla ud83dude2fud83dude2fud83dude2f
McDonald's is okay the food's not great . If it wasn't for meeting our friends there in the parking lot and seeing them everyday. I wouldn't come there for nothing. When you can't open the doors you just make it very clear you don't give a darn about the customers.. If you did care about your customers you'd open the door and combinate them.
Even with what seemed like a mile long line the service was quick and the food was hot
I let them know my allergies and they prepare my food carefully and offer substitutes without extra charge. They food is at the appropriate temperature for the item. The always let me know of there is a meal deal or a new product.
