I had three watches that suddenly stopped working within days of each other. I took them to Argo & Lehne, and they fixed them right up! Not only did they perform great work, it was very affordable. The staff were all very personable and kind. I would recommend them, and I will definitely consider them when I’m in the market for jewelry purchases.
Argo & Lehne has been my family's only trusted name in jewelry and jewelry repairs for decades. I remember my mom in the '80s and '90s only turning to Argo & Lehne for ring resizing, jewelry cleaning or watch repairs. Over the years, I'd hear the name often as family members showed off their Christmas presents or engagement rings. And today, I can tell first hand that their service succeeded all my expectations. I had a few pieces appraised with Bob's expertise. His kindness and helpfulness was as genuine as the gemstones he sells.
I called them and asked if they engraved on site, I wanted my grandmother's wedding ring done. I live two hours away and they said they could get it done same day so I wouldn't have to drive back the next day. Very nice and pleasant people.
My wife and I have been customers for about 27 years, starting with my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding rings. Almost all of our jewelry purchases have been from Argo & Lehne. I always enjoy going in. I don’t think I’ve ever visited without purchasing something. The staff is helpful and friendly. If they don’t have what your looking for they are happy to find it for you or even design your item of interest.
