We just stopped for a peanut butter milkshake. Brian was the nice gentleman behind the counter who ensured everything was made to order. (He had his mask on and new gloves were put on prior to starting the shake) He offered the option of peanut butter chip ice cream and chocolate milk to enhance the flavor. He took his time to ensure it was thoroughly mixed and wiped the outside of the cup clean prior to handing it across the counter. I have to say, this is in the top 5 shakes that I have ever had! A simple milkshake may not seem like a huge deal, but his great customer service paired with a delicious product needed to be recognized!

Rudest customer service ever! I came in while my friend was working this lady was watching me the whole time and when she checked me out she was extremely rude getting irritated with me and snapping at me.

Rudest UDF in Columbus. No hot fudge or chocolate syrup and staff didn't care. 4 people behind counter and only person to help us didn't understand or speak English. Just kept telling us no..no...no...no... older guy who appeared to be a regional manager really didn't seem to care either. Tried to tell lady she was over charging us and she could only reply no no. Even though sign clearly said $2.99. Not clean behind counter either. Go to different UDF if you're looking for ice cream. Go to any other store in area for anything else. Milk shake was watery and cool with frothy milk. Sundae had zero effort put into it.

Do not eat there! I have went there twice, and watch 2 different people make my banana split. Not once did they wash their hands, and they both handled the banana with their bare hands... I asked when they finished if they thought washing their hands first should have happen. I left without my banana split NO WAY was I eating that!

I've worked here a long time , this place is great, deal with alot of theft because of locality,but besides all that and getting constantly assulted by the public, we try to make the best of it and make everyone feel welcomed , some people have problems with our shakes because we make them the correct way and most don't want to pay extra for extra thick , then they yell at you or worse , it's like the public forgets that we are people once they see our uniforms, I make Shure I treat them the same when I run across their jobs.
