Starbucks was great! Received some wonderful and fast service today. The person who helped me in the drive-thru was super polite and nice.
Typically very busy but overall very quick and friendly staff. Avoid the drive thru if you're in a rush and be careful - the snaking drive thru can cause traffic issues when turning into the lot from Lane Ave.
Had a huge line up of about ten cars. I had no idea what red cup day was, and ended out getting one of the peppermint mochas with almond milk because lactose intolerant. With the huge line I was half afraid that I'd end out with the wrong peppermint mocha, which honestly would have been understandable, but not only did I get the right drink made properly, but I walked away with a red cup that I wasn't expecting and the staff just laughed when I cheered about getting it.
The coffee is always great and all the people who work here are so sweet!
Today was my first time ordering from this specific Starbucks location for myself and my coworkers at the medical center. It should come as no surprise that we had a somewhat complicated order (thanks primarily to myself). When our order arrived our individual drinks were EXACTLY how we ordered them (which says a lot considering the bells and whistles we needed). Good job Starbucks team. Keep it up!
