I receive mail that is for my neighbors often. Not a lot of faith in the person who delivers my mail that I am getting all my mail.
I truly don't understand the poor reviews for this office. The postmaster helped me figure out a forwarding problem that took 40 minutes of his time. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind and helpful. Thanks again Ken, I really appreciate you guys.
They stop delivering your mail and won't tell you. We've had problems with people hitting out mailbox, and we try to move it a few feet one direction or another. They won't deliver the mail unless they can put the mail in the box from the seat in the truck with the least effort possible. This has happened multiple times.
The postmaster at this local location is very lazy, acts annoyed when being called and is generally unhelpful with most inquiries. And on top of everything else lies about packages being available for pickup because he is too lazy to check and see if they are there and available. imo he needs to be told to get his act together by his supervisors or lose his job to someone else that would love to give a better customer service experience for such great pay and benefits of working for the postal service.
HORRIBLE customer service from the post master. Beyond rude and refuses to listen to what you are actually saying and lies about packages being delivered to the correct address and telling you he will call back and never calls back even after you file a claim through the 800 number after he has refused to help any more.nThe girls up front are amazing and so helpful tho.
