Popped in briefly to check out the shop and ended up leaving with a few cool bottles. Eric was a great help and we can't wait to come back.
My go-to wine shop in Salem. Terrific selection, great range of prices, knowledgeable staff, all around winner.
Had wine delivered from Salem Wine Imports as a gift. There were coordinating issues on MY end, and they were so kind and supportive and worked hard with me to make sure the gift was received. They really went above and beyond.nnAdditionally, they made the gift look so lovely and personal, even though I never got to see it in person!
Store attendants were talking with each other and didn’t acknowledge me until after I’d waited for them to stop talking for some time. Unfortunately I would have had a better experience if I were ignored completely. When I asked about the availability of a wine from a specific region the attendant laughed and told me I couldn’t find it outside of that place implying it was small time... one of them then asked me if I was from there and after I said yes they continued their condescending comments.nnAll this place is good for is sour grapes :-(
