Considering it is September 2020, the Manchester Library is doing fantastic work. I had a chance to stop there today (outside) and it was lovely. In the courtyard I was able to read a children's story, The Little Island, by Margaret Wise Brown. I also got several free books. I love this library.
I grew up going to this library and it's quite lovely. The Children's room is well-stocked and warm and inviting, there's a wide variety of titles and periodicals and if they don't have it, they'll order it for you. Lots of great programs here. You can park behind the Congregational Church and enjoy the internet, great tables, and public restroom. The building itself has so much character and is incredibly fun to explore.
Beautiful little library with nice paintings, a fireplace, some statues and friendly staff. Need to park at the town hall next door.
Beautiful old building and a nice place to work for a little bit. Free wifi and free EV Car charging nearby. Can't beat that.
