Excellent Staff. Always have positive attitudes and are willing to do anything to help and be certain the customers are taken well care of. Thank you Monroe post office.
The workers inside the post office itself are wonderful. What isn't wonderful is having a delivery person cite 'animal interference' to excuse not delivering my package. What animals? A couple cats? A random aggressive squirrel?

I’ve been going to the Monroe post office almost every single day for the past 18 months. I never have a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, especially the older lady with blonde hair. I run a business and frequently mail out packages, particularly large and fragile ones, and they have never lost one or damaged one either. It’s the smallest post office I’ve ever used but they are usually pretty quick and efficient when I go in.
Super friendly at this location. I forgot a drop off receipt once and a few days later I received it in the mail. Julie is wonderful here! Great staff. I wish other locations were like this
