If you are getting your ears pierced, or your kid's ears pierced CALL AHEAD! See if Corrine or Dylan are working, they're both INCREDIBLE! Corrine pierced my oldest daughter over a year ago, and Dylan pierced my son's ears recently. People like them should be working in every single Claire's store, both are funny, attentive, and very good with kids. If you're getting your ears pierced. ASK FOR THEM! I know where I'm going to get my thirds, and I recommend everyone comes here too.

Hannah was on her phone when I was trying to check out. I kept trying to get her attention, and she smiled at me, saying she'd be with me in a minute. Hannah kept acting like her phone was more important than me, a paying customer. I asked if I could speak to the manager about her behavior, and she got mad at me, saying SHE is the manager. If she's the store manager, I worry about the future of this store. I will be shopping at Deerfield now.

Heads up they don't to nose piercings but they do have faux jewerly and nose rings for when it is pierced!

I was in this Claire’s last week. I wanted to get my doubles pierced, and this employee named Hannah told me they don’t pierce ears until after 1:00. I wanted to go when they opened but she told me I had to wait until then. This is my favorite Claire’s store in the area, shame their management team doesn’t take care of customers until the afternoon.
