This is the 3rd time I haven't received my package. I always receive my order if its by Amazon or UPS. If my package is scheduled to be delivered by Mount Orab Post Office it's a guessing game. I got an email stating it arrived at this post office but 5 days later I still don't have it. Worst post office ever! Batavia, Milford, Hillsboro, Sardinia, Fayetteville...no problems at all!
Very poor service every one ive dealt with is rude. Ive had my rent lost due to them 5 times in the past year each time costing me $1500 each time. Getting to the point that im gonna have to find a different place the live. Have had several packages lost or never made it to delivery and every time I ask for assistance via in person or on phone im always meet with rude responses
This site is a joke. If you try to call for assistance you cannot reach a customer service person without waiting at least 1/2 an hour. Plus, none of the prompts are for actually reaching anyone...all computerized which cannot answer what we called for. Customer service is non-existant!!!
I live in a small trailer park. We have a small mail box but also have 2 parcel boxes. Instead of the mail man putting a key in my mailbox for one of the parcel boxes, they sit it on my porch in the pouring rain and not even letting anyone know it was there. It could of gotten damaged from the rain.
this is a small post office and the clerk isn't very nice or helpful. Also bring change when you come here. The clerk doesn't like giving change and will refuse to make change if you have larger bills when making purchases.Will make people go get change and come back instead of making change for the customer.
