New York City Police Department - 102nd Precinct

I have been arrested before by a few other departments but these guys are by far the best in the business.I had a pleasant ride in the patrol car on my way to the precinct it was very roomy and comfortable, definitely recommend getting arrested by them.

This Pct. tries so hard to keep crime stats down by defrauding the citizens that they out right refuse to make a report on a stolen vehicle. 911 was called so responding officers said go to detective unit the next day and wouldn't make a stolen vehicle report. We then spoke to detective Iftakar and was told he cant do anything on reporting vehicle stolen and to call 911 again and place vehicle was last seen. So again we 911 and again the Sgt. at pct. told responding officers not to do a report and go the following day to detective unit. So for 2 days now someone is driving a stolen vehicle and possibly committing more crimes and still no one will put an alarm on vehicle as stolen. This is amazing in America this will happen. Why other then to keep crime stats low. Good thing is not all pct. are this way. Tomorrow we will be filing a complaint with Mayors office and Police Headquarters
