It took me a minute to get thru but that’s ok I’m sure the precinct is more than busy.nnI called from the west coast to get a welfare check on my elderly Mom and officer Rosario was super helpful and kind.nnThank you so much I really appreciate it.

About 10 years ago I left a one star review for this location. I called today and needed help and the nicest guy in the world answer the phone and was extremely helpful. It’s just as important to leave a positive review when someone goes out of their way to be kind. He definitely was above and beyond. Thanks for having a positive disposition at the telephone switchboard operator see my friend! He made my day

Another dissapointing cop experience, can't get anyone on the phone no matter what extension you dial...smh

Dont respond to complaints they dont answer the phone in the precinct need a new chief in that precinct

My vehicle was impounded after being accidentally parked in front of someone's driveway. The geniuses at this precinct mislabeled it (filed it as a different model of car), and by the time I found out where it was, I was told by the guys at the yard that they sold it on Copart. Couldn't recover any of my tools or belongings from it. On top of that, the desk clerk officer was extremely sarcastic and seemed to not give a sh*t. So, they are basically thieves and completely unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
